Pros

Lowes sales this for $99. Quality is top notch! Bargain price but very stylish and sturdy. Unbelievable price and quality.

Only other suggestion is mfg should tape roller hanger boxes as they were opened due to ups dropping on ends and compressing foam inserts.

Needless to say, my husband was annoyed to have to redo all that work.

Sturdy, smooth glide. Smooth sliding, soft close and adjustable stops. Rolls smoothly, looks beautiful.

Great purchase for 5ft barn door. See pictures for comparison.

Cons

Not very impressed with the equipment and door quality. Pretty disappointed. No response about getting a replacement manual yet.

Do not try installing into dry wall. The directions are incredibly vague when it comes to which types of bolts/screws to use on what type of wall. Missing 4 large bolts to go into the rail. The drywall screws do not hold onto the drywall.

We are very happy with the product and would purchase again if we needed new barn door hardware.

Had to put in a header as the holes on flat bar did not line up with the studs .

Also, the pre-drilled holes in the top bar may not align with the studs in your wall, so be prepared to have to drill new holes in metal.

I was able to use the existing install holes on the track after installing a 8ft 2x6 first.

Most 8ft bars come in two 4ft length.

You will need two people to get this 10ft rail installed.
