Pros

The roller system is excellent. The door glides smoothly and silently. It helps when my 3 yr old flings the door open so it doesn't slam against the stop.

The instructions are short but straightforward. With the door or on-time shipments. The instructions were well written.

This was easily installed by my builder. Either include shorter bolts for interior doors or additional washers. Bought a separate floor guide instead of one w kit. Duct tape to the rescue.

The hardware is sturdy. Every piece is great high quality black steel. They look cooler than the other styles! Very sturdy and is holding a very heavy door. This hardware is heavy and solid and will undoubtedly last many years!

It fits perfect for our space! Works perfect, no complaints. The hardware is exactly what i wanted. Have never had an issue.

Cons

Just * doesn't solve the problem. No way to easily contact manufacture to get missing part. Not smooth at all, the big wheel kit hits the mounting bolts every time you open and close the door.

We built a 7ft tall barn door that was 45 inches wide and needed an 8ft kit to finish the project.

I built a 10x20 shed with the door on the side.

We had to first attach a 2x6 board to the wall studs because using molly bolts to attach to sheetrock was just out of the question.
