Would buy again without blinking. It truly compliments the room.

The directions are vary clear and easy to follow. Finding the studs and marking the header board for the rail takes some time and patience. Suggest a parts inventory before assembling. Use dowels to cover pre-drilled holes and a 5/8 socket for the lag... Read More

Feels very sturdy and durable. Very sturdy door and hefty hardware.

Cons

This door has a rough finish that would be susceptible to damage from greasy fingers, water etc. It feels like sand paper. Very cheaply made.

Not all of the wood plugs fit in the drilled holes and the plugs split when hammered. Also no instructions. Product is completely useless unless i can find som screws at home depot.

One of the replacement doors ae cracking after 30 days. Looked great for a week. Now the door is cracked almost top to bottom and has warped.

Door and track arrived on time and zero damage.

Luckily i was there when it was delivered and the driver went back to the truck to see if anything was left in the truck.

I emailed the company about the issue and they sent an entire replacement door within 7 days!

Packaging/appearance

We just received it and after unpacking it so far it looks like everything is in good shape.

Dislike- packaging, box was delivered torn open.

The rest of the required tools come with the package.

The door really did turn out beautiful.

Competitiveness

I installed a different brand from lowe's that cost twice as much.

Also, i didn't install the angle bracing (not needed, the door hangs so it won't sag) and i think the door looks even better.
