The company responded very quickly, and i had a replacement within a few days.

We purchased this door to cover a closet opening and received the package quickly after order.

Packaging/appearance

So, i would have to take the door down, take it apart, re-box it all up for the return and start the whole process over.

Worse yet, they include a paper in the box that says to contact them for broken or missing/incorrect parts.

The door came packaged really well and not a single part or piece was missing or damaged.

The box did have some damage to it too, we should have checked that upon arrival.
