Pros

Quality materials and machining. Looks like its sturdy enough to hold he weight, as designed. We choose this since it was one of the few which was in stainless steel.

The door slides very smoothly and looks good. Operation is very smooth and quiet. Maybe a little more clarity needed on them. Overall very good looking and perfect for a sliding door without the barn look.

Door header can be cut to length with chop or miter saw. Allows you to move the wall mounts to line up with the studs in your house.

This is worth it and it’s so easy to install. Easy to install with only a few tools and a long accurate level. For ease in installation and safety. Very easy to understand and install.

Cons

The rail is worthless. The first time a door hits the end stops, it blows the connector apart. Same roller each time.

Generally, i am pleased with this top-mount barn-door mounting system.

High quality parts, sharp looking contemporary take on classic barn door hardware.

The instructions are complete but i disagree with the manufacturer's preference for placing a trim board behind the top bar.

Price

Both the contractor myself thought that the quality versus the price was extremely strong.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was very nice too, every part was packed individually and protected with plastic and foam.

Competitiveness

I think it can hold heavier than 220lbs but with use of more mounts, yet there will be stress limit.

I have seen this hardware in home improvement stores for almost double the price.
