Quality

The clamp is good and strong enough to hold the flexable arm and camera steady.

I use it for a webcam which isn't heavy but this sturdy stand will take much heavier items.

So this will fit any still or video camera with a 1/4 thread on the bottom of it which most cameras already have.

Ball head and lock mechanism is probably the weakest part and will likely break with use.

The spring is fairly though so it does have a good amount of grip which may be hard to open for some

Fairly short arm though so probably looking at half the length when the camera is angled

The ball joint is tight so even when you slack the retainer nut off you need to grasp the neck and camera mic whatever is connected this is good as it enables miniscule adjustments

Prior i had the camera on a desk clamped mic stand which cost the same sort of money and that would sink and float around

But this is not a product fault merely me pushing the design specs a bit to far and something i that made me move it to a window ledge as pictured

The spring is so strong that i almost had to resort to an adjustable wrench to open the clamp
