Pros

The classic m-series pentax lenses are gems. It does only one thing, but it does it exceptionally well. It is sharp out to the edges, there is hardly any ca and the bokeh is nice and smooth.

Competitiveness


I just switched back to pentax from canon and realize that for a fraction of the money i can get some of the best slr lenses available.


This isthe same as the $300 pancake lens, probably better for video.

    This is a vintage kmount prime lens but it barely shows its age if you set aside its lack of autofocus

    I have a 30200mm lens that covers the distance on this lens but it does not have the same quality or fstops at 50mm as this product
