Quality

I was able to buy them new open box for half the cost of list and was very satisfied with the quality.

I am sure the other product is also made in china so not sure why the upcharge just for slapping smittybilt on it.

The price is a little on the steep side for the one job i had in mind for, but it ended up being money well spent.

Packaging/appearance

The first set i had to send back because they both came in open packaging and they were loose in the box and banged up.

I used them to pull some trees out of the way, but never but a heavy load on them.

Competitiveness

Tight fit on a 2018 chevy silverado 2018 but it still fit in the front loops.

Super high-quality shackles they will probably be overkill for what i need but it’s better to have more than you need them less.

Got the d shackle today, this is a smittybilt product but it is made in china.
