Latches securely, 35” spare tire does not block your view through the back window.

The only thing that could make it better is a built in chase to receive the brake light wiring going back to the tailgate.

The amazon price for this item is a bargain, especially with the free shipping.

Would give it five stars if the price was better.

So the tire carrier i received was just a bit off but the customer service from smittybilt was amazing once they got back with me.

There was some damage to the parts but the seller was very fast about getting new parts shipped

I bought both the xrc bumper and the swing away tire carrier together.

As far as i'm concerned that's just one less bulb to worry about replacing, but it might be an issue for others.
