Yes there is a small hole on the bottom of the bull bar so one would have to drill a hole in the bumper where it mounts

Without a jack of some kind i suspect it would be pretty rough to install without two strong people

My major disappointment is there is no capability to attach the four pin trailer lights to the bumper like there was on the factory bumper
