I had a smittybilt 10k winch on a pickup truck in the 90's then moved it to a jeep in 2009 and it never failed me until.

I mounted on a smittybilt mounting plate which made it very easy to install.

After doing that i called back and they told me they’d email me back with a ticket number.

I've already worked it way harder pulling up weed trees than most folks ever would, including me, unsticking vehicles.
