Pros

Winch is well built and easy to install and operate. Installation was drama free with realistic expectations. Easy to operate.

It’s a no brainer. Had issue with rope upon receiving it but smittybilt quickly resolved the issue with no problems.

Cons

Makes it a very expensive paperweight. The warranty is a joke.

Easy installation mounting plate and impact t55 1/2 drive socket made it quick work.

Never had any major issues at all and they’ve never failed to work.

Tore it apart and checked the motor and brushes look like new in it.

The harbor freight stuff is ok, but this is so far above it-you can tell it's much better quality for about the same cost.
