The diamond looking * on top feels safe when i lift and move it around. The batteries have a sticker on top that will need to be replaced with you replace the battery. This is perfect and keeps my room glowing with the lights off.

The design on the wooden base looks like agave but i'm not sure, i love it whatever it is. The wooden base has a groove around the circumference to match up with the bottom edge of the dome. The bell is glass and feels well made and sturdy.
This cloche works well for it's purpose and is a really handy size to have. It makes the smoking gun much more usable because it provides a place for the smoke to go!
Cons
The base is 12-1/8 in diameter and made of 4 pieces of wood glued together, shaped, carved, then burned. The glass lid itself is not uniform in any way. The thickened bottom lip isn't 3. The rim about the bottom of the lid measures from 2.

Quality
Product works very well, but there was one piece that didn't work perfectly and could have had a small defect.
Quality is good, no issues or problems at all.
Sometimes the walls of the cloche feel like they could shatter with the slightest tap, but not here.
You simply make your drink, place it onto the base, cover with the cloche, and smoke!
Packaging/appearance
The dome arrived in good protective packaging along with 6 batteries for the lights (uses 3) and a book about smoking drinks.
There is nothing better than getting to use something straight out of the box.
Therefore, without a paper towel shoved into the gap, it tends to leak smoke that should be sprucing up your drink.
There were some bubbles in the glass.

Theres a grommet in the side of the cloche to insert the hose from the smoking gun that easily fills the entire chamber with billows of smoke to flavor whatever youve put in it
