I did have one skein however that unwound from the outside top to bottom and this container didnt work well for thatuntil i rewound the skein to come from the inside of the ball and then it worked just fine

Convenient but for it to be most effective youd need to put your yarn into balls as shown on the picture

I was hoping to just drop in the skein but it gets tangled and wont come out when you get to the end
