I ordered the xl black i’m 5’10” and 180lbs and they were too big so i sent them back and ordered black and dark green which is really more teal the large black fit great but the green were way small and fit like a medium

They help hold in my mom belly a little but are by no means shapewear or anything

Im really happy with these if youre inbetween sizes though id size up based on the compression
