If you want carbonated water that is as fizzy as shop bought bottled stuff, you need to work at it. The fizz is miniscule.

It is used several times every day to make fizzy squash drinks for my better half because she doesn't like the taste of plain tap water.
Good if you have children that like fizzy drink easy to use but the gas bottle can be tricky to put in
The other up-side is that it cuts down on the use of plastic bottles and you can make a drink as fizzy as you want!

This is the version with scew in bottles later versions dont require this
