Pros

Cherry syrup and half a lime make great low-calorie cherry-limeade. One thing to be very careful of is how much caffeine it actually has.

Cons

This is not a flavour enhancement at all. Tastes like the chemically tinged diet sodas of the 1970's. Hope it's safe to pour them down the drain.
