First no amazon returns on any of these due to the hazmat risk they cant trust that you will not package a loose or opened co2 canister so they refuse any return

The nonelectric models the documentation is that one to 3 presses of the button ranges from low to high carbonation

It is my experience that this is just ok no big fizz but you can tell the water is acidified and there are small bubbles with the nonelectric model even with 4 hits on the button

At first i had the same issue that everyone else was having with the water leaking but then i realized i had to screw the bottle in before i pressed on the carbonation button
