Im very happy with the purchase and i bought another one as a gift which they use and love.
We no longer have to worry about the sugar intake and the concentrated flavor work well with this product.
The set up directions (pictures) that came with the machine were not detailed enough.

We were going through cans of fizzy water like fiends and i hate using that many cans just to be tossed in the recycle.
Orange gatorade powder and seltzer = orange sodai will say the flavors that come in the pack leave a lot to be desired.

One of the trippiest things about getting those little neoprene im guessing is what theyre called washers is almost next to impossible to obtain unless you know how to measure and can request the actual size you will need for the source

Its a great sodamaker but since i lack skills in even knowing metric or how to measure it is and has been a real task just to find where to purchase replacements without spending 3 or 4 dollars per washer

And asking over and over and at various forums of actual knowledge or answer where to get that washer is crickets and nothing giving from the manufacturer its as if they dont want you to have the replacement information
