I was somewhat disappointed at the carbonation levels i was getting from the c02 cartridge that came with the unit and was about to send it back when i decided to call the sodastream costumer service

The first model i was sent was not the color i ordered it also didnt work due and i wasnt sure why

I reported the color error and they sent me a replacement in the right color right away

Given the comments below it seems like the seller should realize and fix this problem as they are probably sending out a lot of replacement units when the likely problem is an empty cartridge
