Pros
Easy to install and not too pricey either. Fixings are adjustable to get the right fit. Feels solid & looks good.
Bang on. Very sturdy and installs really easily. The fittings are strong and includes stainless steel, so hopefully won't rust.
Cons
Bleach stains it, urine stains it and nothing cleans it off. Not as described and returning. Fiddly and not worth it.
Cheap plastic and flimsy feel. I weigh 9st soaking wet, so not it's not much to ask of the fixings to stay in place. Rubber fitting means movement in toilet seat and unsecure fitting.
The hinge wobbles when the seat is closed. The stated width of the hole is 8cm less than the actual item. The fixings on this seat are the worst. Cannot tighten, the screws turn in place.

Excellent value , good colour easy to assemble.
A replacement original (ideal standard ) was priced at over £100 , this generic one was under £30 .
This was coming to approx £160 but also it would take two+ weeks to get them.

New seat arrived the next day and was very well packed so arrived in pristine condition.
Arrived quickly and i had double checked the measurements of my toilet.

To aid anyone else who asks the same question i did it comes with tasteful white plastic covers for the fixings very subtle in my view and less likely to suffer from 34discoloration34

My only concern was when i opened the box the seat was not in any kind of plastic but then maybe it was not meant to be but there were 2 pieces of loose plastic wrapping in the box which looked as if they might have been the wrapping off the seat suggesting that this might be a returned item

To start with i was quite disappointed at how unsteady and wobbly the seat was and when the fittings actually came out of the holes in the toilet i was all set to order a new set of fittings but then after having another go at setting the seat in position i realised the only reason it wasn’t sturdy and it came loose was because i hadn’t tightened the fittings enough so after realigning the toilet seat which is very quick easy and then tightening the fitting screws until they couldn’t possibly be tightened any further the seat is now as sturdy and stable as any toilet seat possibly could be
