Pros
If any of you guys are inoperable at the moment i highly recommend trying this hernia belt. The belt works best with the removeable foam pads removed if the hernia is too big. It has a little learning curve, but then works quite well.
The product gives excellent support and convenience in private times. Without them, excellent support is still provided allowing all daily chores in comfort. This item provides a more stable and larger area of support.
Cons

The main point in my opinion when wearing the belt is to be sure one wears short leg underpants then the belt over the top of

I found that when wearing it with standard brief syle underwear with the belt adjusted to provide adequate pressure on the hernia the genital area was uncomfortably compressed and the straps were rubbing on the inside of my legs

Other hernia belts with straps through the middle are far too uncomfortable for someone with an active physical lifestyle

His size was right on the cusp between two sizes the smallest size given within the large range so i got the large but it was really too large

This is not the very best of the trusses as far as pad placement either

The pads could be a very little bit more toward the sides but that might be an artifact of the size
