It is a sweeper not a vacuum

It worked well on my flat wood and flat tiled floor but when it got to my kitchen tile floor it got stuck on the lines of the tiles that are indented

Mine came charged at bit when i recieved it but it should charge for at least 8 hours before you actually use it

In my case it hels do light floor dusting and with 3 girls in the house we shed a lot of hair so i like that it gets the hair i can let it run in the rooms and living room and dinning room my kitchen and hall way it the only area it did not work in

The only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because it did not work on my tile floor that has indents on the boarders

On the plus side it will automatically turn itself off if it gets stuck
