Pros
These are serviceable and can particularly be useful in stabilizing the airpods in the ear. They make the fit on the pods tighter which blocks out more exterior noise. Even more important - they protect the speakers from becoming soiled with ear wax.
Not audiophile, but definitely better. They are more secure than other brands and tip covers as they are a little bigger, but the foam allows you to squish them down a little like ear plugs. The foam creates a seal in the ear canal.
Comply tips keep airpods in place with a snug fit. Mowing with a cordless lawnmower is just slightly more quiet with the tips on. The fit is good and the sound is better than the airpod pros.
The silicon sleeve is soft and compliant. Easy line up with airpod holes, silicone wasn’t too flimsy, foam tips are soft.
Overall very happy with the item. It’s a good value and a good product nonetheless. These are fantastic.

The memory foam ear piece has an even better fit than the new ear pieces on the airpod pros.
It's definitely not going to turn the earpods into the airpods pro, that's to be sure.
My immediate thought was, these won't fit into the airbuds charging case.
Competitiveness
I tried most of the competition and am sticking with these.
I was hesitant and bought five different types of airpod ear accessories and i feel this one is the best.
Both of my ears are different sizes, and neither ear holds an airpod securely.
If you've found airpods difficult or impossible to wear, these might work for you.

The foam works fine but its not memory foam so if thats a dealbreaker for you look carefully
