Pros

The knife fits in securely with a snap, but not too tight. The knife comes with a nylon sheath which holds it in pretty securely, even without the snap.

Subtle differences between serrated and straight edge. Straight edge is easier to maintain sharpness. Bade is thicker on straight edge too.

The steel is a great aus-8. I love that the blade is stainless. Very impressed with the carrying case too.

Cons

Looks great and feels very sturdy but with terrible edge geometry and imo a improperly heat treated blade it’s nothing more than a tactical paper weight.

The replacement was inspected and it was torn as well. Do not buy.

What was required, i went with the seal pup so i could cover the need.
