If i were to improve the design the actuall zipper pulls annoy me because they are obnoxiously large meant for gloved users i think and can get tangled with the other zipper pulls

Also you have to learn out how to unsling the backpack if you got headphones on

The biggest downside is the zipper on the top hardcase area it would be waaaaaay better with a quad zip or some way to access it while the pack is laid down

As is the pack dumps all of the stuff out when in a overhead compartment or similar configuration
