Pros
I'm now permanent remote since the pandemic started. It's a very aesthetically pleasing chair too.
Foot rest is adjustable. Leans back - has a lean back lock lever as well. Perfect for drafting.
Cons
It's like sitting on a high stool at a normal-height desk- your legs likely won't fit under it. Have tried replacing the bolt, but the hole is too large, bolt just slides around in it.

Price
I highly recommend it - worth the price.
You cannot beat the value and look!
If you are wondering if the extra money is worth it - it is.

The customer support was unbelievably fast and resolved the issue without delay and much to my satisfaction.
I sent en email and a pic to the company at 5:51pm.
A few points:- the chair was shipped quickly and arrived on time.
At 5:58pm on the same day, i received a message with a tracking number for a replacement arm.
Packaging/appearance
Comes packaged to protect, easy to put together, and beautiful once put together.
This chair was packaged well with the seat and back continuously structured for strong support.
Looked and looked for anything remotely like it.
Competitiveness
Combined with asis office chair rollerblade wheels it is silky smooth.
This is a hight end chair, similar chairs i have looked at are over 500 to 1000.

I really did not want to pony up the money for a more traditional desk chair let alone a chair as pricey as this so i used a stool one that was too small and was honestly horrible to sit on
