Pros

Quality chair, rich color, solid materials. They’ve become pretty multifunctional. Their warranty is fantastic, too.

The padding is just enough not real thick but stillcomfortable. It glides easily and is very comfortable, even for long periods of time. It's adjustable, comfortable, and the material is durable and still looks great after 2 years.

Cushions are sagging with light use in under 6 months. The knob to adjust the depth of recline is as loose as it will go before falling out.

The gas cylinders are a non-standard size (38mm diameter vs the "universal" 50mm) so it's difficult to source generic replacement parts.

Additionally, customer service was beyond great addressing a concern i had completely, quickly and efficiently.

The product was very quick to setup and was doing in 10 minutes or so with the tools they provided.

Within 10 minutes a replacement part had been shipped to me at no cost.

Also super fast shipping, it arrived maybe 3 days earlier than the soonest expected date.

Packaging/appearance

Not only is the chair nice and exactly as described, the packaging is exceptional.

The chair came very well packaged, and was easy to assemble.

While all metal components are great and the packaging was well done, the vinyl is the cheapest chinese made garbage.

Box was huge - and we had like 14 boxes arrive, so be ready for that.
