Pros & Cons
Pros
This is very cute. It's sturdy and compact. It’s the cutest!
The light is solar and works great in sunny weather. The only issue i've had with this is that if its outside when it rains, it tends to collect water just under the base of the light.
Cons
On/off switch has to be depressed several times nightly to get it to spin. As soon as it got rained on it stopped rotating. I think it's probably history, though i'll try drying it out and sanding the contacts and replacing the battery.
An expensive paperweight. It is cheaply made and not worth the money. No real customer service.

The second sentence said there is a plastic tab red circle that must be removed in order for the light to operate

Simply pull the tab out it is not necessary to open battery compartmentbut since the light does work after the first charge by simply pushing down on the switch to turn it on these instructions must be outdated
