Haf to take 2 twice a day, to keep the allergy symptoms at bay. Works as like a natural antihistamine to gently take away sinus headaches. It gives me the same effectiveness as the zyrtec.
It is important to have the quercetin with the bromelian and c for best results. It was recommended by my nutritionist. Not enough to deter me from buying this excellent supplement.
