Pros & Cons
Pros
Solaray is dependably a good value. This is a powerful vitamin has helped me fight dis ease and colds.
Highlights
Quality
It works great and easy to swallow; helps to keep me feeling great
You need to be careful as the ascorbic acid may burn your stomach lining, but this being buffered works great!
Turns out most c is made from corn (and corn is normally a gmo food), and my body is sensitive to corn-based products.
If you take on an empty stomach may cause stomach ache and may not be fully digested / absorbed.
Competitiveness
I compared several vitamin c brands and it seemed to be the best quality for the price.
So i wanted to cut down on c, and take a higher-quality brand of it.
