Pros

Htp is widely used as a safe, effective sleep aid. Helps aid in a good nights sleep and good value for the money. Makes me more drowsy in about 20 minutes, without the weird feeling that sleeping pills have.

It helps relax, helps curb appetite, helps to elevate mood and eliminate depression. Helps to promote both a positive mood and a state of relaxation.

Cons

Side effects last about three days for one or even one half pill. I was diagnosed with degenerative calcific tendonitis. Will not take 5 htp ever again.
