The gel capsule makes it easier to sallow. And the capsule cuts back on the odor. I love that they use glass jars and pack them so tightly with cotton.
Cons
These have a strong smell and are impossible for me to digest. These smell and the after taste is nauseating. The capsules smell foul.
The thing i dislike most about any product is hidden warnings. Some customers might feel they’ll be consuming a product they might consider healthy. Clearly, the manufacturer has sloppy quality control shipping and labeling issues.

Too many multivitamins have only a sprinkling of this or that but you look at the label and see that its got biotin b6 etc
