Pros

Since they are water soluble, it’s best to take two of the 50 mg caps rather than taking one higher like 100 mg caps or tablet. They absorb better in capsule form rather than tablets.

The company has a great ethos. Quick, competitive pricing, packaged well, end of story.

I take nothing and this is all i take and i know it's impacting me. Though my hope/expectation is it's helping provide the nutrients needed for my brain to heal and recover. If your on medication this is great for helping mood, headache, sleep, etc.

Cons

High dosage is too strong for me. Makes me nauseous. Putting them in my pill box with other meds and vitamins make the others taste and smell bad as well.
