Pros

Zinc from solgar is the only thing that keeps me from having out of control hormonal acne on my face. This chelated zinc is easy to * and to absorb.

Cons

It contains a chemical additive called dicalcium phosphate. For the price it's a great deal but this tablet is not coated and has a rather chalky texture.

This one gets a thumbs down.

It is a glass bottle in a cardboard box, put in another cardboard box with absolutely no filler.
