Vitamins are symbiotic in nature. For good health you need regular levels of zinc and vitamin c. Very effective at preventing recurring ear infections.
Solgar chelated zinc tablets are good value. Each one contains 22mg which is a decent amount. The chelated part means it has been formulated for quicker absorption.
Zinc exerts antioxidant activity, which helps fight free *. Stronger and shinier nails, shinier hair and less acne on back. Increase in strength and stamina and decrease in body fat and fatigue.

You must be very careful with the dosage in this tablet, as it is a bit high, maybe too high as it could prevent the absorption of copper.

This particular version of zinc, chelated zinc, is pretty much the most bioavailable - and the price is very reasonable indeed.
Solgar is renowned for their quality, but they don't always provide the best price to mg.
With this product, its a great form of zinc, but the price is a bit high, given what you can buy elsewhere.

I have been using solgar products since the late 1980s, as it was the favoured brand of a small independent shop i used to use.
I am happy to use solgar chelated zinc tablets,because i have problems with my thin and easily break off nails.

They are ok to break in two and dont taste like anything but what a faff
