I used to take vitamin c and zinc separately but since i saw this product i have switched overfantastic product.
Had this recommended by doctor as alternative to standard vitc tablets.

If you take a look at one of the photos it notes that you can take 1 to 3 daily preferably with food

I get the point of taking with food even though vitamin c is water soluble but personally i would not take that amount of vitamin c daily in normal use for a prolonged period
