I am very optimistic that these will be better than the brand he has been taking. This is a high quality, non acid form of vitamin c which is more gentle than standard vitamin c.
Small enough to * without feeling it down your gullet. The tablets are easy to * and not too big, and are tasteless. Plus these are capsules rather than tablets, making them easier to *.
I sometimes take high strength vitamin c that makes me feel unwell. I jsut startedto take it, so i can't give any advice, but c vitamin is good for many things.

Competitiveness
I am a very big fan of solgar supplements and these capsules seem to do a good job.
I have been using solgar ester c tablets for many years.
This does not happen with solgar ester c.
It's a relief to discover solgar veg capsules, as our usual brand is becoming more difficult to source.

Investing in good vitamins isnt something to be underestimated you get what you pay for and if you get good ones its more likely it will be better absorbed

I have previously been taking the solgar esterc 1000mg supplement and was slightly surprised to see that the capsules for that formulation are made from beef gelatine so are unsuitable for vegans and vegetarians

These vitamin c tablets are a great alternative to the normal ascorbic acid variety especially if you require a nonacidic tablet

Well we all know we should get our 5 a day fruit and veg but with busy lives and takeaways we dont always manage it

Therefore look for value for money in long term eg how many months supplys worth such as if it says 100 capsules make sure its 1 a day otherwise if its 23 a day it wont last
