Pros

I take it with my ferritin sulfate 325 medicine to enhance absorption. Great for immune boost during cold and flu season. Never get sinus infections anymore.

Cons

Since the return policy says this item is not eligible for return buying this product from is a gamble. This was caused in transit if not handled properly. The pills are extremely large!

This is a seasonably priced alternative to the 1000 mg capsules i can no longer find from a competing company.

I switched all my supplements to this company, solar, because they have an excellent reputation and they use glass.

I have been purchasing ever since (trying some other brands from time to time) and i do believe solgar to be superior to any i have tried.

The pill is larger but not jumbo large as some other brands.
