Pros
The bottle is glass, which i like, and the price is excellent. I have been impressed with solgar products. It was delivered as promised and on time.
Solgar metafolin works for me. One pill is a perfect dosage for a day. I take three a day because i'm pregnant. I feel like it does make a difference in my energy & focus.
Cons
The description and pictures all show 800mcg @ 200% dv. The bottle i received is 1333 mcg dfe @ 333%. Taking one of these solgar pills causes me tremendous nerve pain for about 12 hours after taking it.
