Pros

The dark bottle helps preserve the contents & quality and potency is awesome. They are complete in all the b vitamins, but also take extra b12. They have so many minerals as well. This is a great supplement for any adult.

Cons

This product contains a chemical known to the state of california to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Half the advertised ingredients are not in my bottle! This is not okay especially for 40 dollars. This product is fake.
