Always like to buy solgar products when i can as their quality it second to none.

Very competitive pricing for an excellent supplement.
Or add a 1/4 tsp to a small cup of hot water each morning - very nourishing and healthy and a lot cheaper!
Quite expensive to add to your daily vitamin regemine however.
Difficult to know if making any difference but a good price!

Excellent product though pricey and erroneously described as gels they contain liquid but do not have a gel exterior

She was taking turmeric capsules for months with no benefit which makes me think that the curcumin levels in the turmeric that she was taking must have been minimal
