Pros
These are easy to digest, they give your body the iron it needs. This supplement boosts my energy without disturbing my interior ecosystem. This brand is truly gentle on the body and no funny taste.
Cons
Black stools, constipation. I'm not sure if i'm sensitive to the fillers or if because this is an unregulated supplement that's there's something weird in here. Try stool softeners or use them sparingly.

I’ll have to admit i was hesitant to buy iron supplements even though i need it because of how they affect me upset stomach headaches
