I cannot comment on how effective it is at meeting some of the hair claims as even the product description mentions continual use of 12 weeks but 1 bottle has only 30 servings for a month of use

However i did notice that the appearance of my heels has improved which makes me wonder if the zinc and copper supplementation in this formula is not the cause of this
