Pak is a great source of vitamin d3. Orange flavored, but not oily.
Cons
This product does not dissolve in water, it floats at the top like a oil spill. Fish oil is the only supplement for me that gives me brain fog. Gave me awful all day long headaches.

My vitamin d level was low and this definitely helped get it to optimal range with consistent use.
