Pros

Magnesium citrate was recommended to me by a holistic md. Amazon and ups for the very well packaged parcel that arrived before the estimated delivery time.

The magnesium helps with muscle cramping and constipation. They're about the size of a multi-vitamin. It's easy to *, and i've noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being.

Cons

The capsules are too thick and chunky to * and you need to take 2 a day. No rating on swallowing or absorbency, scared of being choked. Chocked on the first two pills.

It is for constipation! The limit is very no more than 1% titanium dioxide.
