Pros

It takes 30 minutes if i take the capsule in a whole or if i open the capsule & shake in water it kicks in instantly. Most people have to work up to this dosage.

Gives me an inner strengthening. It's suppose to rebuild internal tissue. I know this will be good for my dad's cholesterol.

All illness is due to lack of needed nutrients. Solgar offers a well priced range of high quality vitamins and supplements. Being vegetarian, i appreciate the veg-caps and also the glass container.

Cons

One day my niacin levels are low after taking, the next day i'm in excruciating pain and intense itching throughout my body. Overpriced, poor quality. Very inconsistent from capsule to capsule.
