Their good for kids and adults, especially if you don't like the taste of chalky pills or can't swallow huge pills.

Toddler said they taste great- just be advised of the dosing quantity- he had to take 4 a day which was way too many.

My kids love these compared to other vitamin c supplements.

I personally always use the solgar brand as the microbiology researcher wife of a friend recommended the solgar brand.

I tried a couple of other brands with our granddaughter and her taste buds did not agree with the other brands.
