Solgar - vitamin b12, 500 mcg, 100 vegetable capsules are really high quality vitamins. I am celiac so i had to find a b12 supplement that was safe for me to take. These capsules are very tiny so taking them is so easy.

Cons

This product is not a sublingual. Unlisted ingredient (mannitol) on this webpage. Just not right.

These vitamins seem to be one of the better brands because i can tell the difference when i take them.

I have tried other brands that make dissolving tablets, but leave a horrible after-taste in your mouth.
