Bought these to help fight my wife's nausea during pregnancy. Worked for me for morning sickness-- took 1 tab 3 times per day throughout my first trimester with significant improvement in my nausea.
Cons
If you are already nauseous a chalky pill makes it worse. Taking more than 50mg of b6 interferes with the absorption of folate.

I take for nausea (1/2 tab +1/2 unisom) have had good luck with, recommend by my doc.
